Happy New Year Everyone!

I wanted to work on my series today and try to give the piece a more gritty drawing look. I also wanted to use white wax crayon to give a course texture and feel to the edges. The ink was applied by dipping a cut credit card into ink and marking short marks. Some of the color coming through from the background was watercolor stains left on the paper from washing an old painting off. All in All I was pleased with this artist sketch.
