I was roving the allies of York Springs, Pennsylvania and stumbled upon this wonderful view of an old mill or feed store that was renovated into apartments. I did a quick wax crayon drawing en plein air to be completed back in my studio. I liked the white buildings grouped together and divided by the strong verticals of the power poles. It's always fun to paint white objects and still put plenty of color into the work.
